All of our products are sold in good faith and are obtained from suppliers worldwide on this basis.
Shipping & Delivery Times
A large range of our items are sourced in bulk from our China supplier, so our products usually take between 2 to 5 weeks to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Those items which are in stock and shipped within New Zealand normally take 3 days. Don't be concerned if you don't receive all items in a single order at once, as we don't like to keep our customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives.

This is an e-commerce shopping site and no other use is permitted. The site may only be used for lawful purposes. Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations on orders before they are sent only. Once an order has been sent or if you do not wish to keep the order the normal returns policy applies. Please do not illegally or fraudulently tell your bank and or credit card company you didn't order from us to attempt to cancel the order, this will only lead to legal ramifications and the charging of all retrieval fees.
Warranty, Returns & Quality Assurance
BE Pressure Limited offer a one year return to base warranty on all products. We do not accept returns unless the quality of the item is compromised, damaged or faulty. In such a case you will need to contact us by email accompanied with a suitable photo and description of the problem. Should the item quality be compromised, damaged or faulty we will replace the item free of charge.
Use of information
Elements of this Site are protected by trade dress and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from the Site website may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by BE Pressure Limited. When you register an online account / profile you have the option to opt-in to receive our newsletter which normally contains special offers, updates of new stock and exclusive offers, this means we will use your name, address and email address to do so. Most of the time it will be name and email only, this information is also not given out as noted above in section: "Privacy Policy". You can choose to opt-out of the marketing by logging in to your online account and changing your profile options, at which time you will no longer receive marketing from BE Pressure Limited. Marketing offers may be made from time to time and will be made subject to terms and conditions stated on such offers. Offers are made in good faith however as some incentive items are limited it is possible incentives may have run out and be no longer available. Security & Payment
Payment options accepted include credit card only which is the most preferred method so it is important this info is managed correctly. We take your internet security very seriously. In order to maintain the highest standard we process all online credit card payments through PAYPAL who are an independent, globally trusted and secure processing company.
